A Little About Me
I grew up in Baltimore City but am originally from Poland, and am fluent in both English and my native language. Exposure to American and European cultures has led me to be more open to ideas, diversity and points of view and I carry these philosophies/perspectives into my practice.

In April 2019, I became a mom to a tiny human. Becoming a new parent has brought new skill sets to my life (lots of patience!) and has given me a different lens in which to approach my clients. Knowing how quickly things can change and people can grow, allows me to go more with the flow with my clients.
One of my main goals as a therapist is to help people gain more empowerment in their general lives and sexual lives and to feel valid.
In all the areas I have worked – drug and alcohol addiction, emotional and behavioral issues, patients with severe and persistent mental illness -- I have found therapeutic interventions around sexuality and sexual health issues to be lacking.
I'm a certified sex therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Whether you’re LGBTQIA2+ or straight, working through couple’s issues or interested in your individual sexuality, I want to help.
Finding the right therapist can be intimidating for anyone and I hope to make you feel heard and comfortable by personalizing therapy to your needs. My approach is to be genuine, empathic, and still have a sense of humor.
MY PRACTICE
I utilize a variety of integrative therapeutic techniques ranging from cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused, and sex therapy to assist clients facing difficulties within their lives.
